Terms and conditions

Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of the IXILA Training platform and the purchase of training credits.

Platform access

Access to the platform requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Credit system

Training credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. 1 credit corresponds to 45 minutes of training. Unused credits at contract expiration are forfeited.

Session registration

Registration for a training session results in immediate debit of the corresponding credits. The number of credits depends on the module duration.

Cancellation

Any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the session start entitles a full credit refund. Below this deadline, credits are not refunded.

Responsibility

IXILA is committed to providing quality training. In case of technical issues preventing a session, credits will be automatically refunded.

Modification of terms

IXILA reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of any significant changes.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Aix-en-Provence.
